The fee for a comprehensive virtual consultation is $200 USD.

Unlike a standard in-person clinic visit, virtual consultations involve extensive preparation. Prior to your 30-to-45-minute video call, Dr. Marlin dedicates significant time outside of clinical hours to meticulously analyzing your child’s medical records, historical growth charts, and lab results. This ensures your virtual meeting is highly focused, deeply productive, and backed by her 40+ years of specialized expertise.

To respect the doctor's preparation time and secure your dedicated slot on her schedule, payment must be submitted in advance via Cliq or Western Union. Direct links and instructions will be provided by our team via email and WhatsApp upon confirming your request.

(Please note: To be fair to other families on our waitlist, requested appointments will be politely released if payment is not received prior to the meeting).

Once our team contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm your appointment, you can simply reply to our email or forward the PDF documents directly to our secure WhatsApp number.

Please submit these as soon as possible so Dr. Marlin has ample time to review them.

During your booking request, you select your preferred platform (WhatsApp Video, FaceTime, Zoom, or Google Meet). Our team will provide the direct link or call details alongside your confirmation message.

For patient safety and in compliance with medical regulations, we cannot issue official medical prescriptions or authorized medical leave documents online. Any requirement for prescription medication must be handled during an in-person physical evaluation at our clinic in Amman.

Virtual consultations are considered an out-of-pocket premium advisory service and are not covered under local or international health insurance networks.

The virtual consultation fee covers the pre-meeting medical review and one dedicated video session for one patient.

While future formal consultations are not included, Dr. Marlin deeply cares about her patients' progress. Parents are always welcome to share brief updates or ask quick clarifying questions regarding the treatment plan via WhatsApp following the meeting.
